Intensive training

We just finished a great week of intensive training in Albania.

2 sessions a day in which we took a deep dive into taiji principles and push hands. Lots of fun, training and good food!

I’m really looking forward to the next one in August!

U.S tour

Well that was fun ! 4 workshops and 1 retreat in 3 weeks!

Heading off from Phuket, Thailand , (where I spent 2 months training with my teacher and the crew), and landing in San Jose. From there to Milwaukee, then down to Huntsville in Alabama and finally up to Crofton, Maryland. I had an absolute ball …loved it very much! Now I’m just recovering in London with Duran and Pim…..before heading off to Albania for a small group intensive next week.

Just back from Germany

It all begins with an idea.

Well here it is, my first blog post - how exciting!

I’ve just returned to London after our Dissolve workshops in Langenau, Germany. It was a truly magical weekend and we had so much fun! We witnessed many transformations!!
